    1. Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of transportation services by Chauffeur Greece ("Company") to the customer ("Client").

By making a booking through our website, email, phone, or any other channel, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Services Provided

The Company provides chauffeur-driven transportation services including, but not limited to, airport transfers, port transfers, point-to-point transfers, hourly hire, private tours, and event transportation within Athens and across Greece.

    3. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must include accurate and complete details, including service type, pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, passenger count, and vehicle selection.

A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation is issued by the Company (via email or website confirmation).

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

    4. Booking Accuracy & Incorrect Reservations

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all booking details submitted through the website or other booking channels are correct.

If a booking is made with incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information that affects service feasibility or pricing, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded to the original payment method, and the Company shall have no further liability.

    5. Pricing, Charges & Amendments

Charges are calculated based on the actual time, distance, vehicle type, and services required to complete the booking.

If the Client's plans change on the day of service (including additional stops, extended duration, waiting time, or route changes), the final cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, unscheduled stops, after-hours service, or special requests.

    6. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed as specified in the booking confirmation (full payment, deposit, or agreed method).

Accepted payment methods include online card payment, bank transfer, or cash where agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without further notice.

    7. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations received within 24 hours of the service time, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official communication channel).

    8. Flight, Ferry & Schedule Changes

The Company monitors flight and cruise arrival times when details are provided.

Clients are responsible for informing the Company of any changes to flight numbers, arrival times, or itineraries.

Standard waiting time is included as specified in the booking confirmation. Additional waiting time may be charged.

    9. Important Airport Pickup Notice

For airport pickups, if the Client is unable to locate the chauffeur upon arrival, the Client must not leave the arrivals area.

The Client must immediately contact the Company at (+30) 210 69 15 502 so assistance can be provided.

Leaving the arrivals area without contact may be considered a no-show.

    10. Passenger Conduct & Responsibility

Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all safety instructions.

The Client is financially responsible for any damage, excessive soiling, or loss caused to the vehicle by passengers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or abusive, with no obligation to refund.

    11. Child Seats

Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.

The Company is not responsible for providing child seats if the request was not made in advance.

    12. Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are insured in accordance with Greek law.

The Company is not liable for delays, missed connections, or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or force majeure events.

    13. Personal Belongings

The Company is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Any recovered items will be returned when possible, but no liability is accepted.

    14. SMS Communications & Messaging Terms

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by providing their phone number during the booking process on our website (https://www.chauffeurgreece.com).
