How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our online reservation form on the website, by email, or by phone. Once your trip details are submitted (date, time, pickup/drop-off locations, passengers, and vehicle choice), we will confirm your booking.

What happens if my flight or ferry is delayed?

We monitor flight and cruise schedules in real time. If your arrival is late, your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Extended waiting times may incur additional charges (details provided at booking).

Do you offer meet & greet service?

Yes — for airport and major port arrivals we offer a meet & greet service. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a name sign at the designated meeting point.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the service, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not automatically included. If you feel your driver delivered exceptional service, tipping is appreciated but entirely at your discretion.

Our charges are calculated based on the actual time and mileage required to deliver the requested service. If your plans change on the day of service, the final cost may be adjusted to reflect any additional time, distance, waiting time, or extra services provided.
